Denis O'Donnell Award
Established in 2023, Winchester Youth Hockey's Denis O'Donell Coach of the Year Award is given in honor of Denis O'Donnell who has exhibited a unique and unwavering passion for teaching young people the values and lessons that can be learned from the world’s greatest sport. The Coach of the Year recipient best demonstrates leadership, patience, sportsmanship, and dependability. The Coach of the Year is an invaluable volunteer who exemplifies what it means to teach the game of hockey while creating a memorable and fun learning experience.
